Hair Loss Causes and Treatments:

As mentioned in the video, there are a number of factors that can contribute to hair loss. The vast majority of us who are unfortunate enough to lose our hair are suffering from a condition known as androgenetic alopecia, or pattern baldness. This happens to both men and women, and can occur at any stage in life. The condition is progressive, meaning that the longer it goes untreated, the more severe it becomes, until total hair loss throughout the genetically predisposed area of the scalp has occurred. In other words, the longer you wait, the balder you become!

Sadly, there are individuals who have gone past the point of no return. For these people, treatment options have become grossly limited, often times leaving expensive surgical methods as their only hope. Most of us, however, are treatable through means of blocking dht, which the gentleman in the video above discussed. Dht is short for dihydrotestosterone, a sex hormone which is the end product of testosterone conversion via an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase. Dht flows to the inner foot sheath of the hair follicles, triggering a series of genetic factors that ultimately results in the starvation of hair follicles.

Male pattern baldness and female pattern baldness are different in many ways, based on the types of sex hormones which are naturally more prevalent within the body. These differences are manifested in visible form on the scalp, with male pattern baldness tending to cause thinning at the crown and “widow’s peak” areas of the scalp… and female pattern baldness affecting a woman’s hair less severely, but in more widespread fashion. In other words, men generally have more severe hair loss in fewer spots whereas women experience less severe hair loss in more spots.

Either way, it sucks!

If caught relatively early, however, both men’s and women’s hair loss can be slowed, stopped, and even reversed. This is the good news. The bad news is that there is a lot of misinformation out there which can be very confusing and skewed to promote some expensive shampoo system or over-the-top high tech contraption. The truth of the matter is that most hair loss is, in fact, the result of follicle starvation. And there are three things you can start doing immediately to set the stage for a thicker, fuller, healthier head of hair that won’t break the bank.

Here is our recommended 3-step hair loss treatment plan:

Step One: Block dht

This is generally the most important step, as this hormone (discussed in the video above) binds itself to your hair follicles and cuts them off from the scalp’s blood supply, literally choking them to death. Women can block dht with natural herbs (provided in the Provillus for Women formula) while men can use either finasteride (Propecia) or its natural alternative, saw palmetto, also found in the Provillus supplement formula.

Step Two: Nourish the Blood:

Now that you’ve freed up your follicles so that they may absorb nutrients from the blood stream, it is absolutely critical that you make these nutrients available within the blood. The nutrients you really need to focus on are magnesium, copper, iron, zinc, and vitamins A, B, C, and E. Also, natural antioxidants and essential oils are great for the regrowth and future health of your hair. While a great diet is always encouraged, the most surefire and efficient way to get all the nutrients you’ll need to nurse your follicles back to life is via all natural supplementation. Step

Three: Deliver the Blood to Your Starving Follicles:

No matter how effectively you are able to block dht or how nutrient-rich your blood has become, if the follicles can’t receive the blood due to poor circulation, then tough luck for you! This is where minoxidil (Rogaine, Provillus) comes into play. This FDA Approved hair loss treatment has been working for years by effectively dilating blood vessels and restoring sufficient nutrient delivery to the hair. Applied daily, a minoxidil topical treatment (5% for men, 2% for women) can significantly optimize the first two steps of this hair loss treatment plan.

What Provillus is able to do is consolidate all three of these powerful steps into one singular hair loss product, eliminating any guesswork or multiple expenses. A 6-month supply of Provillus is recommended, as this is about the length of time it could take for you to see your desired results. As such, Provillus is available at a steep discount when a full 6-month supply is purchased in advance.
